Beauty Advisor – Jal el Dib

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Beauty Advisor to join our retail team in Jal el Dib, Beirut. In this full-time, on-site position you will help customers discover the right beauty and skincare solutions while delivering an exceptional shopping experience.

Key responsibilities

• Provide personalized customer service and advise clients on suitable beauty, hair and wellness products.
• Demonstrate product usage and share expert knowledge on skincare routines.
• Promote and sell merchandise, meeting individual and team sales targets.
• Maintain attractive store displays and ensure product availability.
• Stay informed about the latest beauty trends and new product launches.
• Collaborate with the retail team to create a welcoming environment for shoppers.

Required profile

• Proficiency in cosmetology and a solid understanding of skin care.
• In-depth product knowledge across beauty, hair and wellness categories.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Passion for the beauty and wellness industry and a willingness to keep up with trends.
• Flexibility to work varied schedules, including weekends.
• Fluency in English; Arabic or French is a plus.
• Previous retail or advisory experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
