About the role
Join the Nespresso boutique team as a Coffee Specialist and indoor sales representative. You will act as an ambassador for the brand, welcoming and guiding customers who appreciate premium coffee products.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain the boutique’s appearance according to company standards, ensuring displays are well‑ordered and fully stocked.
- Welcome clients, identify their needs, and advise both prospects and Club members on Nespresso machines, capsules, and accessories.
- Introduce Club members to coffee tasting, fostering curiosity about the full product range.
- Provide initial analysis of reported machine breakdowns and direct customers to after‑sales service.
- Drive sales through upselling and cross‑selling, aiming to meet individual and boutique targets.
- Handle cash transactions, process credit‑card payments, and reconcile tills in accordance with procedures.
- Register new boutique customers, open accounts, and keep the customer database up to date.
Required profile
- At least secondary school education.
- 1‑2 years of professional experience in direct customer sales of premium products.
- 1‑2 years of proven success as a Coffee Specialist or similar retail role.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Excel for cash‑till and reporting tasks.
