About the role
MCI is seeking a results‑driven Remote Vice President of BPO Sales to shape and execute its global sales strategy. This senior executive will lead a distributed sales organization, drive new‑business acquisition, and deepen relationships with enterprise clients across multiple industries.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales plans to meet or exceed revenue targets.
- Recruit, coach, and manage a high‑performing remote sales team across several regions.
- Identify and secure new business opportunities within the BPO and call‑center market.
- Build long‑term partnerships with enterprise customers and key stakeholders.
- Collaborate with marketing and operations to align sales initiatives with overall company objectives.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform strategic decisions.
- Represent MCI at industry conferences, events, and client meetings.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field (MBA preferred).
- Minimum 3 years of BPO sales experience and at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of managing remote sales teams and achieving aggressive targets.
- Strong understanding of BPO services, outsourcing models, and customer‑experience solutions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation abilities.
Required skills
- Experience with CRM tools and sales analytics platforms.
