About the role
We Click Enter is seeking a results‑driven Business Sales & Growth Partner to accelerate client acquisition and expansion on a freelance basis. The role blends strategic consulting with hands‑on sales, guiding prospects from the first presentation through to a smooth handover to production.
Key responsibilities
- Identify, pitch to and close high‑value international clients.
- Tailor service presentations to match each client’s strategic objectives.
- Build and nurture long‑term business relationships.
- Define initial growth road‑maps for new clients.
- Act as the primary liaison between the client and the internal production team.
- Lead communication to ensure clarity throughout execution.
- Oversee client onboarding after contract signing.
Required profile
- Strong communicator and confident presenter.
- Strategic thinker who can move beyond pure sales tactics.
- Proven ability to build trust and long‑term relationships.
- Self‑motivated and comfortable working independently.
- Interest in partnership‑driven growth rather than short‑term commissions.
Required skills
What we offer
- Fully commission‑based compensation with recurring income potential.
- 15 % commission on every monthly invoice for the duration of the client relationship.
- Additional recurring commissions for 3, 6 or 12‑month contract periods.
