Luxury Retail Salesperson

About the role

Dekers, a curated luxury retail concept store in Zalka, is seeking a full‑time Salesperson to provide an exceptional, personalized shopping experience for both women and men. The role is on‑site, with working hours from 9:30 am to 7 pm, and includes flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service and assist shoppers with product selection.
• Explain product benefits and luxury brand stories to enhance the buying experience.
• Maintain and organize product displays to reflect current fashion trends.
• Build and nurture customer relationships, handling inquiries promptly.
• Support the achievement of sales targets and contribute to store performance.

Required profile

• Strong sales, negotiation, and customer‑service abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Deep understanding of luxury retail and an eye for fashion trends.
• Ability to multitask, organize displays, and work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment.
• Prior experience in retail or luxury sales is preferred.
• Passion for delivering an exceptional client experience.
• Fluency in English; Arabic is advantageous.
