Sales & Customer Service Representative

About the role

CIS College is looking for a motivated Sales & Customer Service Representative to join its Zalka branch. The role focuses on promoting training courses, converting inquiries into enrollments, and providing ongoing support to students throughout their educational journey.

Key responsibilities

• Promote and sell CIS College training courses to prospective students, handling walk‑in, phone and online inquiries.
• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly enrollment targets.
• Guide candidates through the registration process, verify documents, and enter accurate data.
• Provide information on course schedules, pricing, payment plans and prerequisites.
• Serve as the main point of contact for enrolled students, addressing schedule, payment or material questions and resolving complaints.
• Maintain a lead database, perform timely follow‑ups and generate daily/weekly sales reports.
• Collaborate with marketing, academic and administrative teams to align sales activities with promotional campaigns.

Required profile

• Previous experience in sales, customer service or education counseling (preferred).
• Strong verbal communication and negotiation abilities in Arabic and English.
• Goal‑oriented, able to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
• Customer‑focused mindset with problem‑solving skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience using CRM software for lead management.
