Salesperson – Pastry Ingredients

About the role

Scandies is seeking a full‑time Salesperson to join its on‑site team in Dahieh, South Lebanon. You will be the primary point of contact for bakeries, pastry shops and catering companies, promoting a wide range of high‑quality raw materials such as chocolate, cake mixes, sugar paste and other pastry ingredients.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and target potential customers in the pastry and catering sectors.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
• Present product recommendations that match customer needs.
• Process orders, coordinate with the logistics team and ensure timely deliveries.
• Collect payments from customers and follow up on outstanding balances.
• Maintain accurate client records and documentation.

Required profile

• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Proven experience in sales, negotiation and customer service, preferably in wholesale or related fields.
• Familiarity with the pastry industry and its raw materials.
• Results‑driven mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Dahieh and travel to Sour and Nabatieh as needed.

Required skills

• Proficiency in English, Arabic and/or French (advantageous).
