Inside Sales Engineer – Technical Sales & Procurement

About the role

Amaken is looking for a proactive Inside Sales Engineer to support its fast‑growing technology and engineering business in the Bekaa region. The role combines customer engagement, technical pre‑sales support, procurement, and operational coordination to drive business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with customers across the Middle East, providing product recommendations, technical specifications, quotations and pricing.
• Source and coordinate with suppliers, negotiate pricing, payment terms, lead times and delivery schedules, and continuously optimise procurement costs.
• Oversee daily operations including inventory coordination, order processing, quality checks and logistics to ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Maintain clear communication with customers throughout the sales and delivery process, resolving concerns and ensuring high satisfaction.
• Assist in technical marketing campaigns, lead generation initiatives and collaborate with internal teams to convert prospects into customers.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Telecommunications or Computer).
• 2–5 years of experience in technical sales, inside sales or pre‑sales support.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
• Strong understanding of procurement, supplier coordination and operational processes.
• Self‑motivated, organised and results‑oriented.
