About the role

We are looking for an experienced Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and GoHighLevel (GHL) specialist to work as an independent contractor. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast‑paced environment, can manage multiple ad accounts, and connects paid media to CRM automation through GHL.

Key responsibilities

  • Set up new Facebook ad accounts from scratch, including Business Manager, pixel, domain verification and Conversions API.
  • Troubleshoot ad account issues such as disabled accounts, billing problems, attribution errors and pixel firing.
  • Manage day‑to‑day campaign builds, audience targeting, creative testing, budget pacing and performance optimisation.
  • Scale winning campaigns with budget increases, audience expansion, CBO/ABO testing and creative iteration.
  • Monitor creative fatigue and advise on new creative production.
  • Create lead forms using ad copy and website knowledge.
  • Build new GHL sub‑accounts, pipelines, calendars, custom fields, tags and set user permissions.
  • Connect Facebook ad accounts to GHL, integrate lead forms, track conversions and ensure proper attribution.
  • Design, troubleshoot and maintain GHL workflows, SMS/email follow‑up sequences, appointment booking flows and pipeline triggers.
  • Diagnose and fix broken automations, missed triggers and CRM‑to‑ads sync issues.

Required profile

  • Proven track record managing Facebook ad accounts with case studies or results.
  • Experience running both local service lead‑generation ads and e‑commerce ROAS‑driven campaigns.
  • Hands‑on experience with GoHighLevel setup, workflow building and troubleshooting.
  • Strong independent work ethic and ability to handle multiple client accounts.
  • Clear written and verbal communication for client updates via Slack and team meetings.
