Digital Marketing Specialist (Full‑time, On‑site)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team in Beirut on a full‑time, on‑site basis. You will support the planning and execution of social media, online advertising, and analytics initiatives for our clients.

Key responsibilities

• Research advertising trends and competitors’ pricing and products.
• Create and schedule content for social media calendars.
• Write captions and manage monthly social media plans.
• Implement and optimise email marketing campaigns.
• Measure digital traffic and monitor Google Analytics and social media metrics.
• Run and optimise paid advertising campaigns across various ad managers.
• Prepare monthly performance reports and scale campaigns to maximise ROI.
• Work on website SEO optimisation and monitor project status and budget.
• Conduct market research and run conversion tests.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or a related field.
• Strong communication skills and detail‑oriented mindset.
• Experience with social media, web analytics and online marketing.
• Knowledge of SEO, SEM, SMM and content/email marketing.
• Certifications in digital marketing are a plus.
