Project Manager

About the role

The Project Manager will lead the end‑to‑end operational orchestration of high‑volume marketing campaigns across multiple regions. Acting as the operational backbone, you will ensure smooth delivery, stakeholder alignment and full visibility throughout the campaign lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full execution of regional and global campaigns, building and maintaining operational workflows.
• Develop detailed campaign timelines, track deliverables, milestones and dependencies, and monitor progress across all markets.
• Coordinate rollout plans, high‑volume asset delivery and ensure readiness and consistency across channels.
• Lead clearance and compliance processes, manage approval timelines and liaise with local stakeholders.
• Proactively identify, escalate and resolve risks or delays to keep campaigns on schedule.

Required profile

• Proven experience in project or programme management, preferably with regional or global marketing campaigns.
• Strong operational and workflow management capabilities across multiple markets.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to handle complex timelines and multiple workstreams simultaneously.
• Detail‑oriented with strong problem‑solving and escalation management abilities.

Required skills

• Experience with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Jira).
