About the role
Genatec Lebanon is expanding its operations and is hiring qualified professionals for several technical and commercial positions at its Horch Tabet branch. The roles support Canadian business operations and offer flexible morning or evening shifts.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct outbound cold calls, qualify prospects and schedule meetings for the sales pipeline (Cold Calling/BDR).
- Manage and grow client accounts, identify upselling opportunities, negotiate contracts and ensure customer satisfaction (Account Sales Manager).
- Implement, configure and customize ERP solutions, analyse business processes, provide user training and troubleshoot issues (ERP Expert).
- Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and collaborate with sales, marketing and stakeholder teams.
Required profile
- Previous experience in cold calling, telemarketing or business development.
- Proven sales or account management background with a track record of meeting targets.
- Experience working with ERP systems and strong analytical abilities.
- Excellent English verbal and written communication.
- Goal‑oriented, proactive attitude and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
