Specification Sales Specialist – Architectural & Design Products

About the role

The Specification Sales Specialist will promote Colortek® products to architects, designers, consultants and contractors, aiming to have them specified in construction and interior design projects. You will work closely with project teams, presenting solutions, preparing proposals and building lasting relationships with key decision‑makers.

Key responsibilities

• Visit project sites and design offices to present product solutions.
• Prepare and follow up on technical and commercial proposals.
• Maintain strong relationships with architects, designers, consultants and contractors.
• Deliver product training sessions to clients and partners.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate specifications and timely deliveries.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and emerging opportunities.
• Actively manage the sales pipeline, update CRM records and report on project status, forecasts and achievements.

Required profile

• Excellent communication and customer service skills to build trust and clarify technical requirements.
• Proven sales and sales‑management experience with a track record of meeting specification and revenue targets.
• Ability to conduct engaging training sessions for architects, designers, contractors and internal teams.
• Experience in B2B sales, preferably within building materials, coatings or interior design solutions.
• Comfortable working on‑site and visiting client offices daily.
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Interior Design.
