Account Sales Executive – Outdoor Sales Representative

About the role

The Outdoor Sales Representative will develop and manage relationships with barbershops, salons, beauty businesses and related customers across the territory from Beirut to Batroun. The role focuses on field visits, opening new accounts, presenting grooming products and achieving sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct regular field visits to barbershops, salons and beauty supply stores in the assigned territory.
• Prospect new customers, introduce the product range and open B2B accounts.
• Present and demonstrate product features, benefits and value to customers.
• Generate sales orders, meet assigned sales targets and performance KPIs.
• Manage and develop existing accounts to encourage repeat orders and long‑term relationships.
• Handle customer questions, objections, pricing discussions and negotiations professionally.
• Maintain accurate records of visits, orders, prospects and sales activity.
• Provide regular sales updates and reports to the Chief Operating Officer.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of field or B2B sales experience, preferably in FMCG, beauty or grooming products.
• Proven ability to prospect, open new accounts and generate orders.
• Strong communication, negotiation and closing skills.
• Self‑motivated, results‑driven and able to work independently.
• Own a personal car and be able to travel regularly throughout the territory.
• Available full‑time Tuesday to Saturday, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM.
