Sales Specialist - Men's Health Supplements

About the role

Tribe Wellness Sales is looking for a Sales Specialist (Protocol Review Specialist) to help men achieve better energy, strength, and confidence through our health supplements. You will turn purchases into lasting transformations while working remotely in a global environment.

Key responsibilities

• Sell products and services for a men’s health brand with over a million customers.
• Convert prospects into loyal brand advocates.
• Leverage top‑notch training and leadership to master the art of selling.
• Earn unlimited commission with no cap.
• Work from home using communication tools and platforms.

Required profile

• Highly‑driven self‑starter motivated by growth and sales performance.
• Passion or background in men’s health, fitness, or performance nutrition.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with strong relationship‑building skills.
• Availability to work 40 hours per week (8 hours per day) starting at 8 AM CST.
• Reliable internet and equipment for frequent phone and video calls.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Salesforce.
• Experience using Rippling.
• Comfort with Zoom for video calls.
• Fast, reliable laptop/desktop with mic, camera, and headset.
