Inside Sales Agent – High‑Volume Outbound SDR

About the role

We are seeking motivated Inside Sales Agents to join a fast‑growing, YC‑backed sales organization expanding into Lebanon. You will work on multiple campaigns for global brands and AI companies, using proprietary sales technology to engage high‑end prospects across international markets.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct high‑volume outbound cold calls using an in‑house dialer and qualify prospects for high‑quality sales meetings.
• Represent multiple client campaigns across technology, software and AI products, adapting messaging to different industries and audiences.
• Handle objections, record call outcomes accurately, and work toward individual and team performance targets.
• Collaborate with sales leadership and fellow SDRs to ensure strong campaign execution.

Required profile

• Fluent English (C1 level or higher) with excellent spoken communication.
• Strong resilience, persistence and ability to handle frequent rejection while maintaining motivation.
• Willingness to make several hours of cold calls daily and manage multiple client campaigns.
• Available to work Monday‑Friday, 10:00 AM‑6:00 PM, onsite at Beirut Digital District.
