About the role
PEARL BRANDS is seeking motivated Sales Executives to represent its leading retail brands in a busy mall environment. You will create memorable customer experiences, meet sales targets, and uphold brand standards on the sales floor.
Key responsibilities
- Greet, assist, and advise customers to deliver exceptional service standards.
- Drive sales performance to consistently meet and exceed individual and store targets.
- Maintain in‑depth knowledge of product lines, promotions, and stock availability.
- Assist in visual merchandising, floor replenishment, and inventory management.
Required profile
- Prior background in retail sales, fashion, or customer service is preferred.
- Excellent communication, active listening, and relationship‑building abilities.
- Professional presentation, enthusiasm, and a strong work ethic.
