Sales Specialist – Client Acquisition & Account Management

About the role

The Sales Specialist will join World of Business, a full‑service digital agency, to drive new business and grow revenue. Based in Saida, this full‑time position focuses on identifying prospects, presenting the agency’s services, and ensuring client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and qualify prospective clients across digital design, branding, marketing and web development.
• Manage the sales pipeline from lead generation to closing deals.
• Conduct client meetings, deliver presentations, and prepare proposals and quotations.
• Follow up on leads, negotiate terms, and close contracts.
• Provide post‑sale support to maintain client satisfaction and retention.
• Monitor market trends and contribute to the development of sales strategies.
• Participate in training sessions to continuously improve sales performance.

Required profile

• Strong sales and sales‑management experience, including pipeline development, negotiation and closing.
• Excellent communication and customer‑service abilities.
• Experience in agency, marketing or digital‑services environments is a plus.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and basic office productivity tools.
• Organised, detail‑oriented and able to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid setting.
• Relevant education in Business, Marketing or a related field is advantageous.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a benefit.
