Outdoor Sales Representative – Perfume

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Outdoor Sales Representative to promote Scento d’Italia’s perfume collection directly to customers in the Sidoun area. This full‑time, on‑site position involves engaging shoppers in outdoor and field settings, sharing the stories behind our Italian‑inspired fragrances, and driving sales through personal interaction.

Key responsibilities

• Approach potential customers in outdoor locations and present product features and brand stories.
• Provide scent testing, answer questions, and close sales.
• Maintain attractive product displays and track inventory.
• Report daily sales performance to management.
• Build long‑term relationships with customers and gather market feedback.
• Support promotional events and campaigns within designated areas.

Required profile

• Strong customer service and sales abilities, with a proven track record of closing sales.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable working outdoors, standing for extended periods and moving between locations.
• Basic knowledge of perfumes or a strong interest in fragrance, willing to learn scent notes.
• Reliable, organized, with good time‑management and inventory‑tracking skills.
• Ability to work independently while following company guidelines and collaborating with the local sales team.
• Prior retail, field sales or FMCG experience is beneficial; familiarity with Sidoun is an advantage.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional sales or marketing training is a plus.
