Sales Specialist / Associate

About the role

The Sales Specialist/Associate will work full‑time from our Saida office, promoting a full‑service digital agency’s design, branding, marketing and web development solutions. You will be responsible for generating new business, presenting our services to prospects, and driving revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, qualify and nurture prospective clients through a structured sales pipeline.
• Conduct client meetings, deliver presentations and prepare tailored proposals and quotations.
• Follow up on leads, negotiate terms and close deals to meet revenue targets.
• Provide post‑sale support to ensure client satisfaction and long‑term retention.
• Monitor market trends, contribute ideas to sales strategies and participate in regular training sessions.

Required profile

• Proven experience in sales and sales management, including pipeline development, negotiation and closing.
• Excellent communication and customer‑service skills for building strong client relationships.
• Experience in agency, marketing or digital services environments is a plus.
• Strong organizational abilities, attention to detail and the capacity to work both independently and collaboratively.
• Relevant education in Business, Marketing or a related field is advantageous.
