Sales Consultant - Financial Protection and Savings

About the role

Pillar Agency, a MetLife partner, is looking for motivated individuals to join its growing team in Jal El Dib and build a long-term career in financial services. As a Sales Consultant, you will guide individuals and families in identifying their financial needs and exploring solutions for financial protection, savings, investments, retirement and education planning. You will develop your sales and advisory skills, build your own client portfolio and grow your earnings through performance, with continuous training and professional support.

Key responsibilities

• Identify potential clients and develop new business opportunities.
• Understand clients' financial needs, goals and priorities.
• Present suitable financial protection, savings, investment, retirement and education planning solutions.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships and follow up on prospects and clients.
• Develop and manage your own client portfolio.
• Generate referrals and expand your professional network.
• Work toward individual business development and premium targets.

Required profile

• Previous experience in sales, banking, finance, insurance or customer service is an advantage.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and networking skills, with a professional, client-focused attitude.
• Self-motivated, ambitious and results-oriented, with a willingness to learn and develop.
