Fidelity Insurance is expanding and is looking for ambitious Life Sales Agents to join its growing team. The role suits a motivated, results-driven person who enjoys building relationships and wants to advance their career in sales. The position is hybrid.

Key responsibilities

• Contact potential clients proactively, schedule appointments and recommend suitable policies, quotes and coverage.
• Negotiate personalised plans that fit each client's needs and build lasting relationships.
• Create and strengthen ties with key decision-makers to grow the client base.
• Analyse clients' needs and suggest the right policy changes or additions.
• Follow up consistently to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.
• Manage your own time and client portfolio effectively.
• Promote Fidelity's unique offerings and stay visible and trusted with clients.

Required profile

• 3+ years of sales experience with a proven track record of success.
• High school diploma required; university degree is a plus.
• Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Collaborative spirit and resilience in a fast-paced environment.
