Life Insurance Agent

About the role

A leading multinational insurance organization is looking for a Life Insurance Agent (Insurance Services Sales Consultant) in Jal El Dib, Lebanon. This is a client-facing sales and advisory role helping individuals and families identify their financial protection needs and choose suitable life insurance and financial protection solutions. Previous insurance experience is not required; structured training and ongoing professional development are provided.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients
• Identify clients' financial protection and long-term planning needs
• Present suitable life insurance and financial protection solutions and explain their features, benefits and financial considerations
• Develop and manage a client portfolio and provide ongoing service and policy follow-up
• Build new business through professional networking and prospecting
• Work toward individual and team performance objectives
• Keep up to date with products and market developments

Required profile

• Applicants from insurance or other client-facing backgrounds are welcome
• Sales, banking, customer service, real estate, hospitality or similar experience is an advantage but not required
• Official Bac II certificate required
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing or a related field is an advantage
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, professional and client-focused approach, ability to work independently, results-oriented mindset and interest in a long-term career in financial services
