Sales Agent - Life Insurance Consultant

About the role

Fidelity Insurance, established in 1967, offers a broad portfolio of insurance products for corporate and retail clients. It is looking for a full-time, hybrid Sales Agent - Life Insurance Consultant based in Jal El Dib, with some flexibility for work from home. The consultant prospects clients, assesses their needs and presents tailored life insurance solutions for individuals and companies.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect and engage potential clients, conduct needs assessments and present tailored life insurance solutions
• Advise clients on coverage options and prepare and explain proposals
• Support the completion of applications and ensure a smooth onboarding process
• Maintain ongoing relationships with policyholders and provide post-sales service
• Assist clients with claims-related inquiries and policy updates
• Take part in training and coaching sessions and share best practices with peers
• Maintain accurate records in CRM tools and collaborate with the sales team to meet targets

Required profile

• Strong communication skills, able to explain complex information clearly and build trust with diverse clients
• Customer service skills, with responsive support, problem-solving and client relationship management
• Sales skills, including prospecting, negotiation, closing and meeting or exceeding targets
• Insurance knowledge, preferably in life insurance products, underwriting basics and regulatory or compliance requirements
• Openness to continuous learning and coaching feedback
• Relevant experience in financial services or insurance sales, and familiarity with CRM systems, are an advantage
• A bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing or a related field is preferred but not mandatory; equivalent professional experience is valued
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment in Jal El Dib, with reliability, self-motivation and accountability for results
