About the role
We are seeking a driven, ambitious individual to manage inbound client interactions via WhatsApp, build relationships, and maximize sales opportunities. This is a full‑time remote position focused exclusively on client‑facing sales activities.
Key responsibilities
- Reply to inbound clients, recommend appropriate services, and close sales.
- Guide clients through payment, ordering, and post‑sale support.
- Upsell existing customers and follow up with prospects who did not convert.
- Proactively generate revenue during quieter periods by reaching out to old clients and promoting new offers.
Required profile
- Fluent in Arabic with basic English understanding.
- Strong communication skills and self‑discipline.
- Fully available with no other commitments.
- Motivated to learn and improve daily.
- Previous work experience in sales or client relations.
