About the role

We are seeking a driven, ambitious individual to manage inbound client interactions via WhatsApp, build relationships, and maximize sales opportunities. This is a full‑time remote position focused exclusively on client‑facing sales activities.

Key responsibilities

Reply to inbound clients, recommend appropriate services, and close sales.
Guide clients through payment, ordering, and post‑sale support.
Upsell existing customers and follow up with prospects who did not convert.
Proactively generate revenue during quieter periods by reaching out to old clients and promoting new offers.

Required profile

Fluent in Arabic with basic English understanding.
Strong communication skills and self‑discipline.
Fully available with no other commitments.
Motivated to learn and improve daily.
Previous work experience in sales or client relations.
