Sales Promoter for Medical & Cosmetic Products

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Sales Promoter to represent our medical and cosmetic product range in Byblos, Lebanon. You will drive sales growth, build strong customer relationships, and act as the face of our brand at various events.

Key responsibilities

• Actively promote and sell medical and cosmetic products to potential customers.
• Conduct product demonstrations and explain features and benefits.
• Develop and maintain relationships with existing and new customers.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and performance goals.
• Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and other promotional events.
• Collect and report customer feedback to improve product offerings and sales strategies.
• Maintain accurate sales records and prepare regular reports.

Required profile

• Proven experience in sales or promotion, preferably in the medical or cosmetic industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer‑focused approach.
• Ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
• High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or related field preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Experience with CRM software.
