Medical Sales Representative – Optical Products (Dahieh and South Area)

About the role

This is a field position for a medical sales representative covering the Dahieh and South area, responsible for managing and organizing all accounts in the assigned territory. The goal is to map the territory, achieve sales targets through standard operating procedures and present optical products and services to potential clients.

Key responsibilities

• Marketing: implement the management marketing plan with the supervisor, introduce new products and follow up on existing ones, and share industry research regularly with colleagues and retailers
• Training: train practitioners and assistants on products and their use, and keep a professional image of the company
• Customer handling: answer customer queries, handle complaints professionally after consulting the Sales Manager, and study competitors' products thoroughly
• Selling: sell the full product line using SOP-based techniques, reach monthly targets with 12 to 15 sales calls per day, close deals, prepare quotations and offers, and follow up on payments
• Administrative: optimize time and costs in the territory, maintain customer records in the CRM, prepare a monthly schedule with the Sales Manager and submit a daily report
• Attend required events and exhibitions; the job is field-based, so the person must be on the road at all times

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in science; an MBA is a plus
• 1 to 3 years of experience in sales
• Fluent English
