Medical Sales Representative – Matn & North Area

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Medical Sales Representative to manage and grow accounts within the Matn and North Area. The role combines marketing, sales, and administrative duties to achieve territory targets while maintaining high professional standards.

Key responsibilities

• Implement the marketing plan by introducing new products, updating retailers and practitioners with industry articles, and providing product training.
• Maintain a professional company image through strong product knowledge, ethical conduct, and handling customer complaints.
• Achieve sales targets by conducting a minimum of 15 daily visits, presenting product information, preparing quotations, and closing deals.
• Follow up on client payments, manage order processing, and coordinate special pricing with the Assistant Sales Manager.
• Optimize territory coverage, keep accurate customer records, submit daily activity reports, and prepare monthly schedules.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in science (MBA is a plus).
• 1‑3 years of sales experience, preferably in medical or healthcare products.
• Strong communication, negotiation, research, and presentation abilities.
• Analytical thinking, problem‑solving, time‑management, and teamwork orientation.
• Fluency in English.
