Sales Representative - Insurance

About the role

Core Shield Insurance, a customer-centric insurer based in Beirut Governorate, Lebanon, is hiring a full-time, on-site Sales Representative. The role focuses on developing new business, building client relationships and selling insurance products while meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
• Present and explain insurance products and services
• Meet or exceed sales targets
• Provide personalized guidance to clients, addressing their insurance needs and ensuring long-term satisfaction

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business or completed Bac 2
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven sales and negotiation abilities with a results-driven mindset
• Knowledge of insurance products, policies and services, able to tailor offerings to clients
• Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple clients and tasks
• Self-motivated and proactive, able to achieve sales goals
