Head of Life Distribution

About the role

Fidelity Insurance is seeking a senior professional to establish and lead a new life insurance distribution operation in Beirut, launching in 2027. The role focuses on building a high‑performing sales team and delivering strong business results.

Key responsibilities

• Set up and lead a new distribution operation from the ground up, primarily in Beirut and its southern suburbs.
• Recruit, train, and develop Business Development Managers, Agency Leaders, and Unit Managers.
• Build a high‑performing team of Life Insurance Consultants and grow a robust client portfolio.
• Drive growth and achieve quotas, targets, and overall business results.

Required profile

• 10‑12 years of experience in life insurance sales management.
• Proven ability to manage and motivate sales teams, set objectives, and drive performance.
• Strong business relationship management and negotiation skills.
• Solid understanding of life insurance products and regulatory frameworks.
• Excellent analytical, planning, and reporting capabilities.
• Ability to work on‑site in Beirut and thrive in a dynamic, target‑driven environment.

• Experience using sales management tools.
