About the role
CIS College is looking for a motivated Sales & Customer Service Representative to join the Zouk branch. The role focuses on promoting training courses, converting inquiries into enrollments and supporting students throughout the registration process.
Key responsibilities
- Promote and sell training courses to walk‑in, phone and online leads, meeting monthly and quarterly targets.
- Assist students with registration, document verification, payment plans and course information.
- Provide post‑registration support, handling inquiries, schedule changes and complaints.
- Maintain lead database, prepare sales performance reports and coordinate with marketing.
Required profile
- Proven experience in sales, customer service or education counseling.
- Strong communication and negotiation abilities in Arabic and English.
- Goal‑oriented, able to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Familiarity with CM (customer management) software.
