Visual Merchandising Supervisor

About the role

The Visual Merchandising Supervisor ensures that supermarket branches present products consistently, maintain availability, and follow planogram standards. You will drive commercial performance through shelf optimization, promotional execution, and cross‑merchandising initiatives across multiple store locations.

Key responsibilities

• Execute merchandise and re‑merchandise activities for assigned categories and stores.
• Monitor out‑of‑stock situations, reallocate products, and adjust facings to optimize shelf availability.
• Implement cross‑merchandising projects to boost basket size, impulse buys, and category penetration.
• Open and optimize shelf space for new SKUs and promotional items.
• Participate in promotional floor planning, seasonal merchandising, and category resets.
• Apply supplier and internal planograms using Leafio software.
• Ensure pricing labels, shelf tags, POS materials, and signage are correctly placed.
• Conduct regular store audits to verify compliance with merchandising guidelines.
• Coordinate with suppliers, category managers, operations, and warehouse teams to support replenishment and efficiency.

Required profile

• Experience in supermarket merchandising, retail operations, or FMCG merchandising.
• Knowledge of planogram implementation and category merchandising principles.
• Strong organizational, coordination, and analytical abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced retail environment and collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
