Technical and Sales Agricultural Engineer

About the role

Antagro is looking for an experienced Technical and Sales Agricultural Engineer to strengthen its presence in Mount Lebanon. The role combines field‑based technical support with proactive sales activities, ensuring that farmers and agri‑pharmacies use the company’s seeds, pesticides and fertilizers effectively.

Key responsibilities

• Visit agri‑pharmacies regularly to monitor product sales, provide technical advice and support marketing initiatives.
• Conduct frequent farm visits to demonstrate proper seed handling, pesticide application and fertilizer use.
• Offer hands‑on guidance to farmers, ensuring best‑practice cultivation and optimal product performance.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with farmers, pharmacy owners and other stakeholders.
• Prepare and submit detailed reports on seed varieties, market trends and field observations as requested by management.
• Facilitate connections between farmers and agri‑pharmacies to promote Antagro’s product portfolio.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Agricultural Engineering or a related discipline.
• In‑depth knowledge of seed varieties, crop behavior and market offerings.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Willingness to travel extensively across Lebanon and a valid driver’s license.
