Agricultural Engineer

About the role

NatureBeats is seeking an Agricultural Engineer to lead training, curriculum development, and outreach activities across Lebanon. The role includes both a full‑time position and paid internship opportunities, supporting agricultural and educational projects in schools, NGOs, and local communities.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver agricultural and environmental training sessions in Arabic, English and French.
• Prepare curricula, PowerPoint presentations and training materials.
• Promote and sell NatureBeats programmes to schools and other stakeholders.
• Communicate with school directors, coordinators, NGOs, INGOs, municipalities, farmers and suppliers.
• Support sales, partnership development, supplier outreach, project implementation and field monitoring.
• Travel throughout South Lebanon, North Lebanon, Beirut, Bekaa, Metn and Mount Lebanon as required.

Required profile

• Degree in Agricultural Engineering or a related field (current student, recent graduate or final‑year enrollee).
• For the full‑time role: 2–3 years of relevant experience; for internships: recent graduation or final‑year status.
• Experience in agriculture, training, sales, school outreach or community projects; NGO/INGO experience is a plus.
• Strong communication, presentation and organizational abilities.
• Ability to prepare or support materials in Arabic, English and French.
• Own a car, hold a valid driving licence, and be willing to travel across Lebanon.
• Immediate availability.

Required skills

• Fluency in Arabic, English and French for material preparation.
• Valid driving licence and personal vehicle.
