Showroom Manager – Retail Operations

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Showroom Manager to lead our Jounieh showroom. The role combines operational oversight, team leadership and direct customer interaction to create a welcoming environment and drive sales.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily showroom operations, including opening and closing procedures, merchandising, stock presentation and maintaining cleanliness.
• Lead, coach and schedule the showroom team to ensure excellent customer service and achievement of sales targets.
• Engage with customers to understand their needs, provide product guidance, prepare quotations and follow up on orders and deliveries.
• Monitor inventory levels, coordinate with logistics and back‑office teams, and ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Prepare regular sales and performance reports and provide feedback on layout, promotions and overall customer experience.

Required profile

• Proven experience in showroom, retail or store management, preferably in furniture, interior design or related furnishings.
• Strong customer service orientation and ability to build client relationships.
• Leadership experience with team supervision, coaching, performance monitoring and scheduling.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and strong negotiation skills.
• Basic knowledge of visual merchandising and showroom presentation standards.
• Organizational and time‑management skills with attention to detail.
• Effective verbal and written communication in English; additional local language is a plus.
• Willingness to work full‑time on‑site, including weekends or extended hours.
• Diploma or degree in Business, Retail Management, Marketing, Interior Design or related field preferred.

Required skills

• Proficiency with point‑of‑sale (POS) systems.
• Competence in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) for reporting and coordination.
