Senior Contract Administrator

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Contract Administrator to join our construction projects team. The role will support the Contract Manager and Project Manager in managing contracts from pre‑award through close‑out, ensuring risks are mitigated and company interests protected.

Key responsibilities

• Review pre‑award contracts and sub‑contracts, perform risk assessments and support negotiations.
• Analyse awarded contracts, identify submittals, highlight risks and opportunities, and communicate findings.
• Prepare contractual reports, templates and key letters, and ensure proper tracking of correspondence.
• Monitor compliance with contract terms, detect violations and propose mitigation measures.
• Verify subcontractors’ progress payments, review VOR/Claims and support future negotiations.
• Document and follow‑up events with potential time or cost impact, prepare VOR/Claims/Entitlements with the Project and Contracts Managers.
• Collect contractual indicators, inform stakeholders and manage financial/contractual risks.
• Assist the Contract Manager in defence, negotiation and settlement reviews.
• Provide continuous contractual support to the Project Manager, attend meetings and draft minutes.
• Stay updated on FIDIC contract changes and share knowledge through training and coaching.

Required profile

• Engineering degree with at least 5 years of contract administration experience.
• Member of the Order of Engineers and Architects of Lebanon.
• Proven knowledge of all phases of contract development, award, administration and close‑out for multi‑discipline construction projects.
• Strong command of English, both written and spoken.
