Senior Electrical Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer to lead the design and development of electrical and low‑current systems across our projects. The role involves supervising junior engineers, making independent technical decisions, and ensuring compliance with international and local standards.

Key responsibilities

• Review technical offers, drawings, and designs prepared by junior engineers.
• Respond to RFIs and provide technical clarifications.
• Analyze MEP tenders for compliance with project requirements and specifications.
• Design and develop power distribution, lighting, fire alarm, security, and data network systems.
• Prepare detailed shop drawings and technical documentation.
• Conduct quantity take‑offs and compile Bills of Quantities for estimation and tendering.
• Create techno‑commercial proposals, including cost estimates and material specifications.
• Coordinate with project managers, construction teams, suppliers, and vendors to ensure effective execution.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the MEP field.
• Strong hands‑on experience with MEP tendering, BOQs, and cost estimation.
• Proven ability to design electrical and low‑current systems and supervise junior staff.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and related engineering software.
• Good command of French and English.
