About the role
Abniah s.a.l., a leading construction firm in Lebanon, is seeking an experienced foreman to oversee concrete and finishing works on sites in Beirut and the Mount Lebanon area.
Key responsibilities
- Interpret drawings and coordinate trades together with the site engineer.
- Read specifications to determine construction requirements.
- Lead and assist workers, analyze and resolve their problems, and manage productivity.
- Control work quality and ensure safety rules are followed.
- Control material wastage and damage on site.
- Monitor and manage site equipment.
Required profile
- 15‑20 years of experience in concrete works.
- Experience in finishing with a main contractor.
Required skills
- Ability to read drawings.
- Ability to execute drawings.
