Senior Architect / Project Manager (Remote)

About the role

We are a wayfinding design studio looking for a senior‑level architect who can also drive projects from concept to delivery. The role blends deep spatial‑planning expertise with strong project‑management skills to ensure high‑quality design outcomes delivered on time and within budget.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the creation of wayfinding concepts, translating briefs into actionable design solutions.
• Conduct research, benchmarking and strategic analysis to inform design direction.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, resources and act as primary client liaison.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, track progress and mitigate risks.
• Oversee preparation of drawings, specifications and construction documentation.
• Mentor junior architects and foster a collaborative, high‑performance environment.

Required profile

• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder‑management and communication skills.
• High design sensibility with attention to detail and strategic thinking.
• Experience in spatial planning, user movement analysis and construction documentation.

Required skills

• AutoCAD
• BIM / Revit
• Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator)
• SketchUp or similar 3D modelling/rendering software
• Knowledge of construction methods, materials and detailing
