Presentation & Proposal Design Specialist (MENA)

About the role

EY is looking for a Presentation & Proposal Design Specialist to join the Clients & Industries (C&I) team within the Markets Enablement function. Based in Lebanon (or Pakistan/Jordan), you will support high‑value pursuits across the MENA region by creating compelling visual concepts, presentations and client‑facing materials that bring EY’s value proposition to life.

Key responsibilities

• Develop visually compelling proposals, presentations, executive summaries and other client‑facing materials aligned with EY’s brand standards.
• Create innovative graphics, infographics, charts, illustrations and layouts that translate complex information into clear visual stories.
• Collaborate with pursuit leaders, proposal specialists and service‑line stakeholders to design integrated, impactful pursuit collateral.
• Lead visual storytelling for strategic pursuits, introducing new formats, interactive content and creative approaches.
• Maintain consistency with EY’s Visual Identity guidelines and global design standards.

Required profile

• 2–5 years of experience in graphic or proposal design, preferably within professional services or consulting.
• Strong stakeholder‑management and collaboration skills, with the ability to present design concepts confidently.
• High attention to detail, problem‑solving mindset and ability to work independently on multiple projects.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite – Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Acrobat Pro.
• Advanced PowerPoint skills for executive‑level presentations.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams).
