Freelance UX/UI Designer (Project-Based)

About the role

We are seeking a freelance UX/UI Designer to work on a project basis, with the possibility of recurring assignments. The role focuses on creating user‑centered digital products for web and mobile platforms, collaborating closely with creative and development teams.

Key responsibilities

• Design end‑to‑end digital experiences for web and mobile, including complex user flows.
• Map and document clear user journeys, covering edge cases and system logic.
• Build and maintain structured design systems for scalable product design.
• Create wireframes, high‑fidelity UI designs, and interactive prototypes using Figma.
• Prepare developer‑ready design files and comprehensive handover documentation.
• Collaborate with developers throughout implementation to ensure design intent is preserved.
• Present and explain design decisions and user‑experience solutions to stakeholders.
• Manage multiple deliverables and deadlines efficiently.

Required profile

• Strong UX thinking combined with solid visual/UI design sense.
• Excellent understanding of user flows, interaction patterns, and product logic.
• Detail‑oriented, organized, and comfortable working independently.
• Ability to translate complex requirements into intuitive digital experiences.
• Collaborative mindset, comfortable working with both creative and technical teams.
• Proactive, adaptable, and solution‑oriented.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Figma, including creation and maintenance of design systems.
• Experience delivering developer‑ready designs and working closely with developers.
• Understanding of responsive design and technical constraints.
