Sales Supervisor

About the role

We are looking for a full‑time, on‑site Sales Supervisor to lead our sales team in Tripoli. The role focuses on driving daily sales operations, supporting staff, and achieving targets through effective planning and execution.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and evaluate daily team performance against sales targets.
• Coach, train and mentor sales representatives to improve skills and productivity.
• Handle escalated customer issues and maintain strong client relationships.
• Analyse sales data, prepare reports and identify trends.
• Coordinate with other departments to streamline processes and support sales initiatives.
• Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with company objectives.
• Promote a positive, inclusive work environment and uphold company standards.

Required profile

• Proven experience in sales supervision or a similar role, preferably in retail or commercial settings.
• Strong team‑management, coaching and organizational abilities.
• Excellent communication and customer‑service skills.
• Ability to work on‑site in Tripoli and manage a diverse, fast‑paced team.
• Post‑secondary education in Business, Marketing or a related field is preferred.

Required skills

• Proficiency with basic office software.
• Experience using sales reporting tools.
• Familiarity with CRM systems (advantageous).
