About the role

MJ is looking for a dynamic Sales Representative to join its team in Saida. The role focuses on handling customer orders, promoting the company’s products and services, and achieving sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Receive and process orders via phone, email, or mail, ensuring correct pricing, discounts, and product codes.
• Enter orders into the system, verify accuracy, and guarantee timely delivery.
• Maintain organized filing systems for sales records, generate reports, and provide financial data to the finance department.
• Present the company’s products and services attractively to potential customers.
• Identify opportunities for sales skill improvement and meet or exceed sales goals.
• Prepare and submit sales contracts for orders.
• Contact new and existing customers to discuss their needs.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Sales Representative or in a similar sales role.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
• Strong organizational and time‑management capabilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field.
• Own a car, as travel to customers is required.
