Sales Specialist – Full‑time (Saida)

About the role

We are looking for a Sales Specialist to join our team in Saida. The role is full‑time and focuses on identifying new clients, presenting our digital agency services and driving revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage a sales pipeline from lead generation to closing.
• Conduct client meetings, deliver presentations and prepare proposals and quotations.
• Follow up on leads, negotiate terms and close deals.
• Provide ongoing support to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
• Monitor market trends and contribute to sales strategies.
• Participate in training sessions to continuously improve performance.

Required profile

• Strong sales and sales‑management abilities, including pipeline development, negotiation and closing.
• Excellent communication and customer‑service skills.
• Experience in agency, marketing or digital‑services environments is a plus.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and basic office productivity tools.
• Organised, detail‑oriented and able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a hybrid setting.
• Relevant education in Business, Marketing or a related field; fluency in English and additional languages is advantageous.
