Sales and Marketing Specialist

About the role

World of Business is seeking a full‑time Sales and Marketing Specialist to join its team in Hlaliyeh Saida. The role focuses on generating new business, presenting the agency’s digital design and branding services, and guiding prospects through the complete sales cycle.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, qualify and nurture leads for the agency’s services.
• Present proposals, prepare presentations and negotiate contracts.
• Maintain and develop long‑term client relationships.
• Coordinate with internal design, production and development teams to deliver customized solutions.
• Track sales performance metrics and contribute to promotional campaigns.
• Provide training and education to clients and team members on service offerings and best practices.

Required profile

• Strong communication and customer‑service abilities.
• Proven sales and pipeline management experience.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Goal‑oriented mindset with analytical thinking.
• Relevant experience in agency, marketing or business‑development environments is preferred.
• Associate or bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field is advantageous.
