Sales Representative (Field & Client Acquisition)

About the role

The Sales Representative will promote our MMO logistics services across Lebanon, focusing on acquiring new clients and nurturing existing relationships. This position combines field visits with office coordination to ensure high‑quality service delivery and business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Research and identify potential clients to propose logistics solutions.
• Contact existing clients, schedule meetings, and address inquiries.
• Visit clients regularly to monitor service quality and gather feedback.
• Present offers, demonstrate added value, and close deals.
• Coordinate with the back‑office to implement agreed terms.
• Deliver company presentations to prospects.
• Provide phone support and guidance to clients.
• Report market trends, competitor behavior, and pricing benchmarks to the Commercial Director.
• Handle customer complaints and escalate when necessary.
• Submit weekly sales reports and adhere to commercial policies.
• Stay updated on e‑commerce and Q‑commerce trends and target specialized subscriptions.
• Collaborate with other departments as needed.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field.
• 0‑5 years of relevant sales or business development experience.
• Fluent in English; French is a plus.
• Willingness to travel daily across the Lebanese territory.
