Multiple Open Positions: Merchandiser Controller, HORECA Sales Rep, Sales Supervisor, Production Operator

About the role

We are a leading company in Lebanon seeking qualified and motivated professionals for several positions across Beirut, North Lebanon and South Lebanon. Opportunities are available in merchandising, sales, supervision and production.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor merchandising activities, coordinate teams and ensure product displays meet standards (Merchandiser Controller).
• Develop and maintain relationships with customers in the HORECA sector and drive business development (HORECA Sales Representative).
• Oversee sales activities, support the sales team and prepare performance reports using Excel (Sales Supervisor).
• Support preparation activities in manufacturing, operate machinery and adhere to safety and quality procedures (Production Operator – Preparation).

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Electronics or related field.
• Relevant experience ranging from 0‑5 years depending on the position.
• Strong communication skills in English, French and Arabic.
• Valid driver’s licence for roles requiring travel.

Required skills

• Computer literacy.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and sales reporting tools.
• Ability to operate industrial machinery.
• Knowledge of safety and quality procedures.
