Educational Representative (English)

About the role

The Educational Representative (English) will promote and sell our range of educational products and services to schools, colleges, language centres and other institutions across Lebanon. You will build a sales pipeline, conduct presentations and workshops, and develop strong relationships with key decision‑makers to increase market penetration.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and target potential and existing customers in the education sector.
• Generate leads, build and manage a sales pipeline, and convert prospects into customers.
• Deliver product presentations, demonstrations and workshops; training will be provided.
• Collaborate with the manager on sales strategies, marketing, product development and customer support.
• Maintain regular follow‑ups, address inquiries, resolve issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Stay informed on industry trends, curriculum requirements and competitor activities to uncover new business opportunities.
• Gather and maintain accurate market data.
• Travel across the Lebanese territory, visiting educational sites according to assigned routes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in English Literature, Education, Management or a related field.
• 0‑5 years of relevant sales or business development experience.
• Fluent English; French is a plus.
• Strong communication, negotiation and presentation abilities.
• Ability to work independently, manage time and handle stress.
• Customer‑oriented mindset with high emotional intelligence.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
