Sales Development Representative

About the role

You will be responsible for identifying potential customers, initiating conversations with decision makers, qualifying opportunities, and booking meetings for our sales team and clients. This position is ideal for a confident communicator who enjoys outbound sales and wants to grow through training and experience.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect and engage potential clients via cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach.
• Build and maintain a qualified sales pipeline through lead generation and prospecting.
• Research target accounts and decision makers to personalize outreach.
• Qualify inbound and outbound leads based on business needs, fit, budget, and buying intent.
• Maintain accurate activity, contact, and pipeline records in CRM systems.
• Monitor key sales metrics such as outreach volume, response rates, and meetings booked.

Required profile

• Previous experience in SDR, BDR, business development, or lead generation.
• Comfortable making cold calls and speaking with decision makers in English.
• Proactive, target‑driven, and able to handle rejection.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM platforms.
• Familiarity with sales prospecting tools such as Apollo, Clay, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
